If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description
Business Chat provides:
• WhatsApp Business API access
• Message routing & automation tools
• CRM/API integrations
• Analytics and reporting
We are a technology provider, not the message sender.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Use WhatsApp API only for lawful purposes
• Collect explicit opt-in consent from users
• Follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging & Commerce Policies
• Not send spam, scams, or prohibited content
🚫 Violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
• Message delivery is subject to Meta’s systems and approvals
• Template approvals, limits, and quality ratings are controlled by Meta
• We do not guarantee approvals, delivery, or limits

5. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
• Meta flags or disables the WABA
• Policies are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Illegal or abusive use is detected

6. Fees & Billing
• Fees are charged as per agreed plans and Meta pricing
• Meta conversation charges are billed separately or passed through
• No refunds for Meta-incurred costs

7. Limitation of Liability
Business Chat is not liable for:
• Message delivery failures caused by Meta
• Account bans or quality restrictions
• Business losses due to misuse or policy violations
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last billing cycle.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Business Chat against claims arising from:
• Your content
• Your customer communications
• Policy or legal violations

9. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Business Chat.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
